Thirty years ago I was told I would have to be in a wheelchair for life with a ‘Degenerating disc disease’. I refused to give in to this and am still quite an active person. This said, every morning over these years I awake with severe pain in my back and difficulty in standing straight.  Since my healing I have woken completely pain free, and it is wonderful.
